Since 1990 equipment designed by National
Video Services (NVS) is manufactured and sold by InterMed
Video Technologies Inc. (IVT).
National Video Services Inc., our
affiliated company, was incorporated in 1977 to provide engineering
and repair services for the professional television industry.
During the early years the focus of the company was on the repair
and service of broadcast and industrial television equipment.
As our reputation and skills broaden we incorporated sales and
consulting into our field of expertise. Since our beginning,
the television industry has changed dramatically through the
introduction of new technologies. We have directly contributed
to that advancement by designing and building equipment that
meet our customers specific applications. These skills extend
from the simple addition of a required connector to the complete
design of a modern television production studio. Many of our
customers include Fortune 500 Companies in the New York, New
Jersey and Connecticut area.
IVT was incorporated in the state
of Connecticut in 1990 to provide manufacturing, marketing and
sales of products designed by our affiliated company NVS.
Our market for this equipment is the military, professional,
medical and scientific community. We specialize in custom design,
small quantities and rapid response to our customer's needs.

IVT is currently reorganizing to
meet the quality requirements of ISO 9002 . We employ state
of the art testing and measuring equipment to ensure that quality
is controlled through out our manufacturing process. We manufacturer
video equipment for the NTSC, PAL, and HDTV television systems
as well as various military, medical and computer systems used
throughout the world. We also provide field support and design
assistance for custom pieces of equipment.
Our current facilities are housed in a
modern, 10,000 square-foot building,which is located in an Industrial
Park. Our space is divided into manufacturing, service, engineering,
sales and customer support. Our plant is fully equipped with
professional test and signal generation equipment from such
manufacturers as Tektronix, Philips, and Leader. We have multi
voltage, multi frequency power generators and multi-national
signal generation equipment. Our facilities are inspected quarterly
by Underwriters Laboratories and TÜV Rheinland (the German
organization responsible for products which comply with the
European electrical safety regulations) to ensure safety compliance
in our manufacturing process.
