The SC-7 scan converter can operate with
all horizontal standard rates from 525 to 1249 and frame/field
rates from 12.5 to 120 Hz. An internal multistandard sync generator
for the most commonly used 16 TV systems renders the SC-7 scan
converter a universal adaptability in the field of medical television.Switch
over from downscan to upscan can either be automatic (sensing
H line time) or manual through remote control. Dual video input
sand outputs also make it possible to have the converter set
up for 2 different downscan modes. Maximum horizontal resolution
is 896 pixels on H line times down to 26 microseconds (active
line time) and a maximum of approximately 512 pixels for active
line time of 13 microseconds.
